The villas were designed by Sumich Architects who have vast experience designing and building numerous upmarket properties in New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. The buildings are very sympathetic to the natural surroundings; we have gone to great lengths to create the feeling of an ultimate tropical hideaway using wooden joinery, local timber and coral rock.
