Coral Seas Weddings

An ‘Island Wedding’ whether it is for 2, an intimate family group or 80+ guests has become a very popular option; we can assist you with all of these requirements.

With your personal consultant at Coral Seas and your personal wedding co-ordinator on the island you will be assisted with all arrangements for this special day including the necessary paperwork. We can also arrange wedding and honeymoon gift registries.

Island Weddings are legally recognised in Australia for the following countries:

• Fiji
• Samoa
• Vanuatu
• Norfolk Island
• Cook Islands
• Samoa

Each Island has specific requirements and paperwork to submit prior to the special day. Most require you to be on the island at least 3 working days prior to the ceremony and all paperwork to be submitted at least 2 weeks prior.

Generally paperwork required:

• Copies of passports
• Copies of original birth certificates
• Single status from registry of births, deaths & marriages or signed statutory declaration
• If married before, divorce papers
